"Ich bin selbst Ausländer und habe in vielen Ländern gelebt, aber ein derart unprofessionelles und respektloses Verhalten habe ich noch nie erlebt. Seit über 2,5 Jahren warte ich auf einen Platz, und jedes Mal wurde mir gesagt, es gebe freie Kapazitäten. Doch konkrete Schritte oder ernsthafte Bemühungen blieben aus. Wenn es ums Geld geht, ist man dort sehr schnell und unkompliziert – aber sobald es darum geht, den Familien tatsächlich entgegenzukommen oder ehrlich zu kommunizieren, scheinen Sprachbarrieren plötzlich ein Problem zu sein. Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht und kann diesen Kindergarten leider nicht empfehlen."
