"Wir hatten 2 Konder nacheinander in diesem Kindergarten und können daher auf einige Erfahrungen über mehrere Jahre zurückblicken. Leider müssen wir feststellen, dass die Qualität des Kindergartens von Jahr zu Jahr nachgelassen hat. Vertraglich zugesagte Leistungen wurden mehrfach reduziert oder aus fragwürdigen Gründen nicht eingehalten. Gleichzeitig sind die Beiträge wiederholt und teilweise sehr willkürlich erhöht worden. Das pädagogische Personal gibt sich zwar große Mühe, doch erfahrene Fachkräfte werden zunehmend durch junge, unerfahrene (und vermutlich günstigere) Mitarbeiter ersetzt. Der Eindruck entsteht, dass wirtschaftliche Interessen wichtiger sind als das Wohl der Kinder. Auch der Umgang der Geschäftsführung empfinden wir als wenig professionell und insgesamt eher enttäuschend. Wir würden unsere Kinder nicht noch einmal in diesen Kindergarten geben und können ihn daher nicht weiterempfehlen."
